Parking can be challenging from time to time. To assist you, please note the parking areas available for St. Mary’s distinct from those that pertain to the Apartment building and the School when in session.
Street Parking: Barton St , Broadway, and Bainbridge St surround the Church property and are available. Note: Bainbridge is One Way and parking is available on Left side only.
School Parking Lot: Paul Cuffee School on Barton Street is available when school is not in session. This is important to remember for our Friday 11:00 AM Mass – as the children go out to play for lunch. Obviously, none of our cars should be in the lot during that time.
Church Parking Lot: The parish has a “shared” parking lot with the apartment building (our previous convent). St. Mary’s has about half of the spaces. Those spaces face the side of the church and the back and side of the rectory. We also have 2 spots next to the dumpster – they are marked as Church Parking. Please do NOT park in any of the other spaces, those marked in yellow. We are working closely with the owner of the apartment building to ensure our spots are available for our parishioners. Please see the attached map that shows the spots, clearly marked in BLUE, that are available for our parishioners.
