Marian Hymn for the Season – Ave Regina Coelorum
From Compline on the Feast of the Purification until Maundy Thursday, the Church sings daily the Marian hymn Ave Regina Coelorum (practice it at this link). Holy cards with this hymn are available at the church entrances.
Ave regina coelorum, ave domina angelorum: salve radix, salve porta, ex qua mundo lux est orta: Gaude Virgo, gloriosa, super omnes speciosa, vale o valde decora, et pro nobis Christum exora.
