St. Fiacre Garden Guild
Thank you to those who contributed ideas to beautify and maintain our church grounds. Those ideas will be placed under the patron saint of gardeners, as the St. Fiacre Garden Guild has now been formed! The guild is seeking either donations of mature plants, i.e. hydrangea, forsythia, rhododendron and lilac or cash donations to acquire such plants. Garden Club Meeting This Sunday
Thank you to those who have volunteered to keep the church grounds beautiful by way of planting, trimming and weeding. The Garden Club at St. Mary’s will meet this Sunday, April 21 after the 10:30 a.m. Mass at the back porch of the rectory in order to tour the grounds and make plans. Previous post: We are looking to establish a Garden Club at St. Mary’s. The beautiful areas on the church grounds are in need of regular TLC. The hope is to establish healthy plants throughout the summer that may produce fresh cut flowers for the glory of God in the church. The hope is to also establish a Garden of Our Lady behind the Angelus Tower.
