On Saturday, December 14, at 5:30 in the morning, St. Mary’s celebrated a Rorate Mass. Rorate Masses are Masses celebrated on Saturdays during Advent in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary. They are celebrated by candlelight. About 100 were in attendance.
On Friday, December 13, and Saturday, December 14, St. Mary’s was also hosting the International Centennial Pilgrim Image of Our Lady of Fatima, which can be seen in the Sanctuary in several of the images. The visit of the Statue included a Rosary Procession, overnight Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and a talk on Marian devotions.
