International Night is a “ Celebration of Diversity”. It strives to unite people spiritually through the celebration of a multi-lingual Mass of Diversity at 5:00 pm on a Saturday evening in the Spring followed by festivities in the school cafeteria.
This social event is an opportunity for parishioners and guests to celebrate the diverse heritage that exists within the community. It is an evening of fun, celebrating with family and friends while sampling ethnic foods prepared by parishioners, and enjoying entertainment provided by cultural groups from within the parish and community. It is a perfect example of inclusion, focusing on the differences and similarities that people bring to our church.
Volunteers are needed to help with the planning, preparations and/or to provide an international themed meal and dessert.
